Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide flexibility within our policy. The following guidelines apply to cancellations:

Lecture Registrations:

• A $50 cancellation fee will apply for lecture day registration cancellations and $15 for residents.

Combo Registrations:
Refunds for combo registrations will be granted as follows:

• 10% cancellation penalty fee if cancellation occurs within 90 days of the course start date.
• 15% cancellation penalty fee if cancellation occurs within 60 days of the course start date.
• 20% cancellation penalty fee if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the course start date.

Refunds will only be processed after the course has taken place.
